In nowadays’ fickle painting world, Mr. Leng Jun’s paintings are unique, and have won most artistic fans’ appreciation and pursuing with his quietness, earnest, exquisite and rigid.

What is art? This is a question that hard to answer, it displays with twisting the development of objective physical image, and maybe it also has its own reason. But, I still expect that the artists can focus on expressing about happiness, bring the beauty to people, thus can influence people’s spirit and the morals. The drawing, movie, novel, poetry, play are not one exceptional, they summon the beauty, and moved by the beauty!
Individual information: He was born in Sichuan in 1963 and graduated from the Hankou Branch art department, Wuhan Normal University in 1984. Now he is the chief of Wuhan Art academy, the national first-level art teacher, member of the Chinese Artist Association and China Oil painting Academy, and expert that enjoys the State Council Government special allowance. His works participates in the domestic and foreign big exhibitions for many times, and won the national art exhibition big prize for several times. He became the very influential young artist recently in mainland with faous worldwide.
Main artistic creations and yearly activities: In 1993 the work “the net – about net’s design” won ‘93 Chinese oil painting yearly exhibition silver awards. In 1994 the work “the cultural relic – new product design” won the second Chinese oil painting exhibition art literary award, and participated Chinese oil painting hundred year’s exhibition. In 1995 the work “the second scenery of century” won ‘ 95 the third Chinese oil painting yearly exhibition gold medal. In 1999 the work “the five pointed star” won the ninth national art exhibition gold medal. In 2000 he participate “1979-1999 gate of century invitation exhibition”, and conducted an exhibition in Shenzhen art museum. In 2001 started to manufacture the lithograph, the work “the sudden change – scissors with thorn” win the first Chinese small oil painting big exhibition outstanding works prize. In 2002 the work “the toolbox” and six series participates the Chinese oil painting three year exhibition. Many of his work are collected by domestic and foreign artistic organizations and individuals.
Leng Jun’s oil painting work establishes a new school now by his original idea union with extraordinary art skill in the Chinese painting world, the most major characteristic of his works is externalization paint realistically. All viewers in front of his painting would be overwhelmed by its exquisite images and the skills. The objects are clear in the painting, which make the people enchanted, not only this, because his observation of modern contents and themes which shows viewers with comprehensive density, and shock people hearts!
